Purchasing an apartment
Step 1: Reserve your apartment
Once you have made your decision about purchasing an apartment, you will have to sign a reservation agreement and pay a reservation fee of EUR 2,500. The reservation period will last 30 days, and the fee will be refunded if preliminary agreement not completed within that period.
Step 2: Signing a preliminary agreement
In 30 days, you will have to sign a preliminary purchase agreement and pay 15% of the total price of the apartment (the reservation fee of EUR 2,500 will be included in that sum).

Step 3: Signing the purchase agreement
The purchase agreement and the management agreement will be signed when the apartment is ready. Client is entitled to pay the remaining amount and the relevant fees and the apartment will be registered in the Land Book clients name. You will receive keys to the apartment once the registration in the Land Book has been completed.
The price of the contract includes:
- final completion of the apartment in accordance with project documentation;
- fee for the establishment of and connection to the utility network (water, electricity, sewage, heating, ventilation);
- readiness for data communication.
The price of the contract does not include
- parking space, storeroom;
- notarial fees and state fee for entry into the sales contract (paid by the buyer);
- connection charges for data communication, cable TV, telephone communication and security.
Storage rooms
- The number of storage rooms is limited and it will be possible to buy them for an additional fee of EUR 5,900 – 8,900.
Parking
- The number of parking spaces is limited. The price for an underground space: width 2.5m – 33 900 EUR, width 2.7m 36 900 EUR. All spaces will be numbered and assigned to their owners.

By making a larger downpayment, you can receive a discount of up to 8% off the total purchase.*
Offer valid when signing a preliminary purchase agreement. When signing the preliminary purchase agreement, the downpayment of 10% must be made within 10 days.

Example: (200,000 € apartment)
A 60% down payment in the first quarter gives an 8% discount, i.e. 16,000 €, so the apartment price becomes 184,000 €.
Payment schedule:
Within 10 days after signing the contract €18,400 (10%). By 31 March €92,000 (50%). Upon handover of the apartment €73,600 (40%).
